There is a very small cave on the cliffs of Zarro Sandbank that faces Hunak. Inside the cave, there's a dragon named Balharin who is wounded both physically and emotionally due to the death of his companion Nilotar. The physical problems can be solved by killing some frogs to feed him; the emotional problems require the help of the Elder Hunak Kammund NPC back in Hunak.
